The Facility

Welcome to our brand new facility.  UFIT HEALTH is a 6,900 sq. foot exercise facility with a wide variety of equipment to help you reach your fitness goals. We have free weights, over 25 weight machines, step up benches, battle ropes, kettle bells, stability balls, balance trainers, exercise tubing and bands and rings.

In addition, we have various types of cardio machines including treadmills, AMTs (adaptive motion trainers), arc trainers, ellipticals, stair masters, rowing machines and stationary bikes.

The facility has lockers in each restroom, along with showers for those on the run.
