"I've trained for over 20 years with David. He regularly changes my routines, keeps me motivated and is totally dependable. Because of his training regimen, I have great core strength, posture and endurance. I'm headed into my 70's in better condition than many of my peers." -Louise S.
"I will be 68 years old in 2018 and have worked out in many gyms, and with many trainers over my lifetime. Universal Fitness & Health is an extremely pleasant place to work out - great equipment, always clean and never crowded with a comfortable temperature. David Jenkins is an excellent trainer. He tailors the workout to fit the specific needs of your body and your condition, whatever that might be. David never pushes you beyond what you are able to accomplish while still maintaining a rigorous exercise routine designed for maximum results. " -Barbara R.
"I heard about David from another trainer who said 'If I need a trainer, David is the only person I'd work with!' That stuck with me, and when I was in the market for a trainer I sought David out. I'm 61 with quite a few limitations, thus my routine requires constant tweaking. That being the case, David rises to the challenge by not further irritating my injuries. He's extremely knowledgeable, a good listener, and a real pleasure to work with." -Debra D.
