Your trainer will take the time to get to know you and understand your fitness goals. Your goals can include anything from gaining muscle, losing fat, increased stability and mobility, or maybe you're just tired of feeling sluggish. We can help!
All 1 hour training sessions are individualized. A typical session consists of warm up and stretching, with the bulk of the routine concentrating on progressive resistance training and core stabilization, with optional cardio intervals. A cool down and stretch period will end your session.
We also offer Boxercise, an exciting workout with boxing drills, resistance training and cardio. A session of non-stop action where you press, kick and punch out unwanted pounds for a healthy toned stronger body.
