Katrin has been a personal trainer since 2008 and likes to create dynamic and functional as well as sports-specific workouts geared to improve her client's overall fitness, strength and mental toughness.  She also teaches upbeat Pilates classes, creative TRX classes, challenging functional training circuits and muscle sculpting classes.  Katrin is dedicated to help empower her clients through exercise and a balanced lifestyle.  Her workouts are well rounded such as functional training, strength training, Pilates, yoga and cardio workouts and are never completed without the important stretching and foam rolling part at the end.  As a licensed massage therapist Katrin educates her clients on pain issues affecting the knee, hip, back and neck, as well as muscle imbalances from daily overuse.
