"I absolutely love Universal Fitness & Health. I have been an avid runner for decades and the realization that my body had basically plateaued urged me to seek out a more diversified workout routine. I love the accountability of the group fit class which challenges me with a diversity of circuit training routines. The group fit class is led with hands-on training from David, one of the best trainers in the business." -Letha S.
"David's Universal Fitness & Health has been a perfect fit for my wife and me. We work out there three times a week, an hour each time consisting of three sets of fifteen 1-minute exercises. David guides us through the workouts, each hour focusing on different muscle groups. Many of the exercise sets David designs have proven beneficial in our daily routines, from lunge and balance exercises to compound exercises that work out our brains as well as our muscles. We have more stamina and less fatigue at the end of the day. The design of the workouts allows many to work out at the same time, which keeps the cost comfortable and allows us to become friends with other team members. We have been going to Universal Fitness & Health for over two years and are enjoying it more now than ever." -David & Mary H.
