Group Fit

Group Fit workouts will help you achieve weight loss, better body composition, increased strength, balance, coordination, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility.

Group Fit is a 60 minute moderate to high intensity workout that is climate controlled with high energy routines and music. The routines are designed to aid in weight loss and improve overall health, while toning and defining the body. Each session features strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional training and flexibility exercises. The class is designed for smaller groups which allows for better guidance in exercise form and technique.

Prior to participating in our Group Fit you must fill out the goal and questionnaire form and meet with a trainer for a fitness assessment and analysis. The assessment includes resting heart rate, body fat composition, flexibility, weight and girth measurements. It will take approximately 45 minutes and the cost is only $10.

Six Indoor Group Fit Sessions per Week:

  • Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 6 AM

  • Tuesday-Thursday at 6 PM

  • Saturday at 8 AM

Indoor Bootcamp Rates*:

  • $13.50 each for One Session

  • $120 flat rate per month (12 sessions)

      *All sessions must be paid in advance.
